When working with any service team here at Pop In Designs LLC. you never have to worry about surprise charges, or mysterious and questionable hours billed for the "committed" to your project, ever! Seriously, who really wants to enter an agreement for a service they can control about as much as the water flowing in a river? How are you to truly know the hours spent for your project? What if the designer’s computer drive is overloaded and/or the RAM space is inadequate for the task at hand and ultimately slowing all programs and processes on said computer by a significant amount? Should you be required to pay for lack of speed in a machine you possibly have never even seen? OF COURSE NOT & we wouldnt either if in your position.
We base our estimates per project, due to each project being unique in its own right. We will also keep you in the loop the entire process so if the potential for any further charges than what was initially quoted arises, you will know in advance and be able to make a thoughtful decision on how to proceed, assuring there are no immediate decisions to make or surprise upcharges after project completion. We will need more information about what you have and what we need before we can do that. Contact us, and we will reply with an estimate of the time required and a suggested budget.
Our fees include licensing for all designs we create specifically for our clients. Licensing for all assets will be included in your invoice, and all documentation will be transferred to you after the final invoice is closed.
It is sometimes possible for us to do rush orders for an additional fee. Send us a message as soon as possible, and we will get back to you to let you know if we have space in our schedule for a rush order.
